Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
DeliveryFlow is a workforce, delivery-operations, and fleet-management service operated by Boost Solutions. This policy covers the DeliveryFlow Driver Android app, the DeliveryFlow web services, and the public website. Driver accounts are provisioned by an employer or company administrator; the Driver app does not offer public account registration.
Identity and Account Data
We process a driver name, phone number, internal user and company identifiers, display identifiers, authentication credentials and session tokens. The app stores authentication tokens in protected device storage so it can keep a driver signed in and securely connect activity to the correct employer account.
Operational Data and Uploaded Content
DeliveryFlow processes work schedules, assigned-vehicle details, holiday requests, cancelled-order reports, notes, and recent submission records. Depending on the action a driver chooses, uploaded content can include activity screenshots, deposit receipts, mileage and odometer photos, fuel and service receipts, vehicle-condition photos, cancellation evidence, amounts, mileage readings, dates, and reasons.
Device and Notification Data
To deliver push notifications and maintain reliable synchronization, we process the app version, operating-system and device metadata, device model, and a Firebase installation identifier or messaging token. The app does not request precise location, contacts, microphone, or advertising identifiers. Notification permission is optional.
How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate users, show schedules and assignments, save submissions offline, synchronize them with DeliveryFlow, send operational notifications, process uploaded documents, support financial reconciliation and fleet administration, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not use Driver app data for third-party advertising.
Service Providers and Company Access
Authorized administrators of the driver’s employer can access relevant work records. We use contracted infrastructure and processing providers to operate DeliveryFlow, including cloud hosting, Google Firebase for push messaging and installation management, and Google or OpenAI services for document and image extraction where configured. Providers process data only to deliver the requested service or as otherwise required by law.
Photos, Camera, and On-Device Storage
The app accesses a photo only after the driver selects it through the Android system picker or captures it through a camera app. Selected photos and pending submissions can be stored locally while awaiting upload, including during offline use. Local account, database, and managed upload data are cleared when the signed-in session ends according to the app’s cleanup process, and the app excludes this data from Android backup.
Security
DeliveryFlow uses encrypted HTTPS connections, protected on-device credential storage, authenticated backend requests, and company-scoped access controls. Access is limited according to operational roles. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we maintain safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the data we process.
Retention and Deletion
We retain data while the relevant company account is active and as needed for operations, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. A driver may request account and associated-data deletion through their employer or at [email protected]. We verify requests before acting. Data that must be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons is isolated and deleted when that obligation ends.
Website Cookies
The DeliveryFlow website uses essential cookies or equivalent storage needed for authentication and service operation. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the Driver app.
Children
DeliveryFlow is a workplace service intended for authorized workers and business administrators. It is not directed to children under 18.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will publish the updated date on this page. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
