Service Description

DeliveryFlow is a fleet management platform developed and operated by Boost Solutions. It provides driver management, OCR-based receipt processing, vehicle tracking, and financial reconciliation tools.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

DeliveryFlow is a product developed, owned, and operated by Boost Solutions ("the Company"). All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, software, and content, are the exclusive property of Boost Solutions. No part of this platform may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from the Company.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DeliveryFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
